When my friend and love of my life passed away, this song kept playing on the radio, and was like a message from beyond for me.
I saw 2 concerts of Neil recently, which were fantastic, and I was looking for live songs on internet. It's only fitting that I came across this one on the 22nd aniversary of my friends death, today. It moved me to tears.
Thank you Neil Diamond for writing and singing it, and Maestro22121 for posting it!

This song is SOOO one of his bests!! My sister is more of the Diamond fan-- but I have much respect for Neil. He has the right last name, I know that!!! I remember when the "Live At The Greek" was played regularly on the radio along with "Rumours" (Fleetwood Mac) and "Dreamboat Annie" (Heart) in 1976. What innocent days-- not like the scary crap on the waves today!! Peace!
