I have witnessed a pro at this engagement step. They didn't even talk about what idea they were selling at first. It all happened so fast. What I remember is a lot of bro fists and bro hugs. It was to an almost excessive amount. also a lot of small talk. The key... make them feel like you and your mark are friends. Make them drop their guard. Then go in for the kill.

@ricadrew Because there method is flawed. I think you make a good point though. You must seduce your prey. Make them want you, then they will do anything to please you. Then they will come to campus organization meetings.
