I am so glad to be seeing these clips from "Shang a Lang" (although this was their X-mas special). I read about their show from "16 Magazine" in the USA and we were never lucky enough to see any episodes. So much better than the show they made here. The people who made their show in the US also made the first one or two seasons of "The Donny & Marie Show", ( Luckily, the Osmonds broke away from them and made their own show in Utah ). Once that happened, the Rollers were next.
I didn't even know there was a film clip for this song. As much as I love the boys - this would have to be one of the saddest film clips I have ever seen. Bears no relation to the song - but then again, we loved the Rollers not for their film clip making abilities.
I really like this.I think the video and song go hand in hand. It's about friendship. Remember when this was made, there was no MTV yet and videos had not been "perfected" yet. Rollers, you show a sense of humor in this, it's fun and thanks for the memories.
Ah, I love this song! And this video is wonderful!
