How does anyone know that this is what he originally looked like? It's just a statue of him wearing different clothes and without the hat, a more aggressive look to fit in with the twist in the game and what he really represented.

if you cheat using a cheat device it give an exact amout which isnt raised but at the same time wont be depleted if you buy something or get killed/busted.
