I own a Saab 9-5 Aero BSR Stage 3 with a few extras added so it's running just under 300 BHP. Any more and it's wasted since you can't get it down out of the corners and it wheel spins on acceleration, so when the guy in the 300 BHP car whips you your excuse becomes it has 500bhp. Pointless for anything other than straight roads and rolling starts.

i have a 93 with 440 bhp and 500nm torques and my friend has a 9000 with 550 bhp and 700 nm of torques and both of us have quaife LSD's this lets you put the foot down in corners and delivers power to both wheels equaly, it is some bit of kitt,before i was the same straight lines no problem any bends and the front left wheel smoking,

Hey I have a 2000 Saab 9-5. Low boost turbo 2.3t. I'm putting exp .60 turbo on it. Did you change out your pistons? and what size turbo/boost psi you pushing.

i have 2004 saab, i won to put the wastegat and let the gas go to atmosphere, but i have 2 sensors after the turbo will it be problem for ecu?

Beautiful car, if only Saab would make a RWD or at least a AWD Aero, then I would get one.  FWD is just not the way to go, especially once you increse power beyond 300HP.

Argh, I just found out the new generation will no longer offer a great 4-cyl 2.3l engine. What a shame. Although the car looks excellent, and the top of the line V6 turbo is no doubt incredible, i was hoping for an updated 2.3T
