I've been looking for yoga stretches that will open up & loosen my stiff shoulder muscles and yours was the one that worked even on my first try. Thank you so much for the easy yoga routines. Thanks.. I'm going to (GENTLY) try these for my neck/shoulders, where I have a lot of pain and tightness right now. I won't push too far = my neck is stil healing, but I DO have that feeling a LOT, like I need to stretch it out and stretch my shoulders/relax my shoulders - it's not only injured (neck) but it is where I carry all of my stress. Great video, Sadie, as usual! I'm glad I subscribed..NAMASTE
