lol if u would like I will put up a better vid for u buddy but it will EVENTUALLY don't get me wrong sounds good Now but it will never work over my hoe lol never........n all the backpressure and what not that develops is what will do it since u have stock piping it's not flowing as good as it needs to for the muffler but think what u want say whatever IM done
lol maybe cause they are both Chevys smart ass n both have 5.3s more than likely but yea it will at the moment but if u would focus on my comment n not being a jackass I said it would EVENTUALY resonate.....

great truck bad decision on the exhaust...u aren't getting halve the sound n tone u could be getting from the flowmaster....by keeping the stock piping it will eventually resonate n sound like flabby butt cheeks lol but check out my tahoe with dual flows....sounds sick
How will it eventually resonate? If it was going to "sound like flabby butt cheeks", wouldn't it do it all the time? Not understanding the comment about the stock piping.
Our trucks sound identical at idle, the sound quality on the camera goes to piss on yours when you crack it. Yes they are both 5.3's but I imagine this one will work that Tahoe over.
@andymiller71 that guys an idiot. it acctually sounds good.. 2.75 is a good size pipe if you think about it. if you get too big of a pipe it'll suck up less back pressure and put out less torque at lower rpm's.
wondering what dual exhaust i should go with for my 2005 silverado regular cab 4.8. Just looking for alittle more horse power and alittle louder sound nothing to crazy
Thats nice you have a denali and escalade, but the 6.2 does come in the sierras and silverados now. Google 6.2 silverado. I believe its a LTZ only option but its the full 403 horse 6.2 with the 6 speed.. So the denalis and escalades arent that special anymore. Also, you spelled retarded wrong.
jdog003. I think your retarded because you dont know what the hell your talking about. The 6.2 is now offered in the ltz chevy trucks. I think only half tons...
I have a 07 Silverado CrewCab and I removed the stock muffler and added a single inlet single outlet 50 series flowmaster in its place and it sounds great.
If there is a problem that was caused by your exhaust, then yes...say a door handle breaks off, they cant possibly say because of your exhaust it broke off so we are voiding your warranty. So no.
Which Flow did you install?

I have a Question does the 2007 chevy switch from using its v8 motor to a v6 when not needed?
pls reply
1KREEPAH3 2 years ago
If your engine comes w/ active fuel management, it drops to V4. Not 6.
My 07' is a 5.3L, and it tells you on the display what mode it is in.
I don't believe this option is available with the 4.8L motor.
I wish they had engineered an overide button to lock it into V4 for the highway, I find it's too sensitive.
bertdaflirt 2 years ago 7
@bertdaflirt isn't it i4, inline because it shuts down one of the banks of cylinders in the V8?
Zinizzle 1 year ago
@1KREEPAH3 yeah if you get the 5.3 model and it changes to a v4. yes a v4. not i4.

chevymnz71 2 years ago

petorian1 2 years ago
you couldnt get the 6.2 in 2007 in silvys and even now getting the ltz package doesnt mean its automatically a 6.2 it could still be 6.0 or 5.3
