I already have gen d-3 on my psp (2000 early version). But for some reason the games are a bit laggy. I think it might be smart to reïnstall gen d3. But I didn't instal the version that's now on my psp. So I have no idea how I should reïnstall it. The games didn't lag when I had my CFW on it. All my games are ISO's and I deleted evry (se)plugins. And still it does lag. Please Help.

@MrTutorialKing1 yes you need to go from gen-A to gen-B from there gen-D to gen-D2 and then to gen-D3 it takes a while but better than bricking your psp

Ok people if this doesn't work for you FIRST make sure you already have CFW! (i think at least 4.01 m33 ) if not then get it first! Also when it says put on root of memory stick dont put it in the folder root put it in the main menu of the psp USB MODE!

@nigelgoh147 you do not have the right cfw inorder to do the gen-d3 gen-d2 or gen-d update remember you have to go in order there is no way to go from gen-d to gen-d3

just to let you no the update will actually downgrade you to custom firmware 5.033 so dont download the update for now you should wait for better custom firmware to come out

you know what's weird that i just saw now... i knew that i updated my cfw to gen-d2, but some how it's back at gen-b full. So i tried it again. I updated it to gen-d. I checked the system information and it said gen-d. So i did the quick gen-d2 update and then checked system information again and it was back to gen-b full.....???
