  • Dammit Meika, I think us guys could have done without the "crimson tide" remark gosh! ...seriuosly though, thats unusual that your (losing) sleep as oppose to gaining sleep as a result of the physical activity. BUT it's good to hear that you've instituted a plan that works 4 you....also, I agree, LEAVE THE SCALE ALONE!!! It's an evil tool that can backfire (sabatoge) your workout...keep up the good work!

  • You just motivated me and gave me my idea for June. :)

Every other day workouts...I really like this idea. Good luck!!!!! I'll be keeping watch! :P

  • Before when I worked out it was every single day for about 1-2 hrs and I burned myself out and then just gave up. The every other day seems to give me a day to rest and just work on my eating. Thanks for watching. :)

  • Workouts every other day is still awesome. And I totally see what you mean about the cravings. My psyche is so defiant and rebellious. I have to tell myself mentally "I CAN have that but I just don't want it right now." After a while of telling myself this, I really don't.

By the way that was great, "surfing the crimson tide" I've never heard it described so poetically.

  • Hahaha thanks I know I heard it on a movie somewhere. Yeah I'm finding myself saying " Yes you can but no you won't a lot."
