I've gotten more out of theyhis tutorial than any of the others I've seen on here - Thanks Guys! (But I'm still probably gonna have a black eye tomorrow- Hint: don't spin with your glasses on!)
you guys are hallarious, I loved it.tThanks it was informative for me. I am desperate to learn, havent found anyone in florida who can teach me yet. Maybe someday soon. But for now these videos will have to do.
@jeanettesboutique im in florida and i have a passion for fire poi too(: Theres some classes in miami if youre close by/interested letme know or if u need any tipss to get started! muchlove&goodluck.
@jeanettesboutique hmmm to teach in tampa? i live in tampa by usf! love st pete. but im not sure there is anyplace i learned from like friends but my honest opinion is to go to like liquidemotions and get the glow poi and teach yourself have someone videotape or set up a camera what you do so you can see your weak and strong points. i know all you wana do is light up and spin but it takes lots of patience. and when you do its worth every second seriously dont give up !
You guys would do better if you were a bit less scripted. It's obvious that you aren't totally comfortable in front of the camera. Ditch the cue cards, and talk to the audience like you're teaching your (mildly challenged (let's face it...Youtube is the lowest common denominator)) friend how to learn poi.
lolol. I'm learning poi now & i ate & spit fire for the first time, im likkeee soo in love with fire. thanks for the vid guys! yall did good!
