lincolns really are the best cars. it's a shame they're killing the town car though it's my favorite. they could have gotten a lot more sales had they offered the DOHC police interceptor engine though, boosts horsepower about 30-40 and some extra torque would make highway acceleration in them better.
Honestly, Ford killing the Ranger and the Panther platform vehicles is one of the DUMBEST things they've ever done.
Forget the P71 based engine, they could have put the Ecoboost in it as a highline option, and the 3.7 V6 as the base engine. They both have FAR more horsepower and would give much better fuel economy when coupled with the six speed automatic.
