how can you judge where pop or other genres of music first originated? for all we know, some asian person could have come up with these beats. how can you judge where pop or other genres of music first originated? for all we know, some asian person could have come up with these beats. And anyway, in american music, you know that a lot of rap artists and rock artists all follow the same beats, yet they're original with theirlyrics and music. (I like American music, and Asian music all the same) And how do you know that hyori or her people (hehe) ever watched honey or have ever like studied J.Lo or ciara or britney spears?

There's a lot of copying going on in the world intentional or not, and Britney's songwriters are trying to sue Hyori for "get ya." It's not fair, rock artists and rap artists don't sue each other for having the same beat. If you listen to a lot of rap,it's mostly only different lyrics. It's not only happening in music, but in books, no matter how great they are, some of them have the same plots, but different characters. In Hyori's case, it might be similar music and different singer, lyrics
