My stateroom was on Deck 7 on the Christening Cruise so I was right under you! Man were those hallways long! Haha we had a verandah too and I loved to go out there and look at the ocean:)

i copared the prices carnival dream and the disny and the carnival dream prices where 4,003.60 that was there price on a baloning for 7 days on the disny wonder it was 8,500.00 for a port hole winndow we are going on the carnival dreeam chose the carnival dream overe disney the prices are beter prices more to do more fun etc o and again better prices

I am looking at booking this room for our next cruise. I have a question about the veranda. Can you sit down in the chairs and see the water? When I spoke with the disney fold they told me that in this room you had to stand to see the water but your video shows different. I want to make sure that if I pay this much for a veranda room that I can sit, be lazy and enjoy it!! Thanks!

Yes, you can see the water from the verandah. The railing has a glass window built into it. We spent a little time out there (10th floor) but as the rest of the ship is so beautiful, not a lot.

@ClaireDuLune11 We didn't notice the engine, but there was a lot of vibration a few times (mostly when the ship was docking - maybe when turning too, we had that once in the middle of the night).
