  • @FOOTBALLTROLL1

your fucking retarded barber was pushed out of bounds. and the chiefs betting the pack was also rigged huh? just STFU and dont watch the NFL if its fake. thats what i did once everybody told me WWE is fake

  • you guys are all dumbasses the NFL is by far better than the XFL. if LT played in the XFL he would only last 4 years. and those kind of hits would give good players injuries and when good players arent playing. ticket sales go down

  • Since when did JR commentate football?

  • NFL sucks now

  • BRING IT BACK! WHY NOT? NFL IS SOFT AND FAKE AND FIXED JUST LIKE WWE.HELL,MCMAHON SHOULD CALL THOSE MEDIA SCUMBAGS WHAT THEY ARE LYING SCUMBAGS.THEY CRUSH WWE CUZ ITS FAKE AND SET UP.SO IS NFL.CAN'T TOUCH BRADY.FAKE QB.WWE IS ENTERTAIMENT AND SO IS THE NFL.BOTH FAKE .MARION BARBER RUNS OUT OF BOUNDS SO BRONCOS CAN WIN.38-35.PACKERS VS GIANTS.SAME AS GIANTS VS PATRIOTS IN 2007.FIXED.NOBODY WILL GO PERFECT AGAIN.NFL OWES SHULA.MAYBE WHEN SHULA DIES.

  • @FOOTBALLTROLL1 Sure the NFL doesn't hit as hard as the XFL did, but they are still in business. The XFL was what I think a complete failure. The WWE is the NFL of fake wrestling, and McMahon just made a mistake with expanding to football. That is why it didn't last and it will never come back. And you know who thinks the same thing as you? Jerry Lawler. And the NFL isn't fake because they want to be real, not have some dramatic games with players flying in the air.

  • They canceled the XFL and then 9/11 happened.

  • this look like blitz the league

  • why they dont play in NFL :D

  • @IKissedAGirlILikedIt

Ur an ignorant price of shit.

  • Wtf xfl?

  • With all the rules of the NFL you think 10 years later if Vince tried this again it would work? With a wwe wrestler as a spokesman it could be a lil more successful now

  • @Bable012 The media would crush it again.NFL sucks now

  • I bet Vince tried it now w/ Cena, CM Punk, and Orton as spokemen, it would last.

  • xfl sucks

  • I would love to have Jim Ross call NFL games

  • your FPS sucks bro

  • 0:30....is he dead?

  • Wow Jim Ross Is The Best Wrestling Commentator...and Football

  • omg at 1:14

  • Was it real or was it scripted

  • @kenny964 there is no way to script something like this at full speed.

  • @Kobe2Gasol24 i was jokin because you know how wwe is scripted lol

  • @kenny964 Lol, alright. I thought you were a child that was actually pondering whether or not it was scripted.

  • good 'ol JR

  • This is how football was in the 70's.

  • wuznt it fake lik prewritten

  • XFL was just as fake as wrestling.

  • @mr300ism

Not as much as a bitch as the slut who gave birth to you.

  • Man why did the xfl fail? It looked pretty good. ( and Jim ross can really call a football game)

  • @arjl880 players were bad and people got tired of how crazy it was

  • baisley wins and ivy wins

  • baisley wins

  • lol, the XFL

  • With the pending lockout, pissed off players, and new bullshit pussy rules that fans and players hate, the XFL needs to come back. I would watch

  • The XFL wasn't staged. It's impossible to stage a game so complex as football, where there are so many variables on every play, and the fact that it would be clear as day if someone was half-assing it. There's always these "LOLOLOL XFL WAS SCRIPTED", yet never a single second of evidence. And the whole LOLOLOLOL XFL HAD SHIT PLAYERS... Um, no. Tommy Maddox singlehandedly brought the Steelers to success, Jermaine Copeland has been the best receiver in the CFL for multiple season on multiple teams

  • FYI:

I have full, complete, original XFL games on my channel including that terrible halftime stunt that Vince tried with the cheerleaders in the locker room.

Take a look and enjoy! I miss the XFL. It was just simply FUN.

  • If Vince McMahon put XFL back, he would get a SHITLOAD of ratings.

  • JR is a great football announcer.

  • perfect time for the XFL to come back now that NFL isnt happening

  • haha Jim Ross is announcing it...i think i heard Tazz also.

  • Holy Shit :55 was unbeliavable

  • from this it looked awesome.........what were we/they thinking?

  • you guys want to see some classic real football. The UFL is where its at.

  • its really funny that everyone on here is calling for the return of the XFL when it originally only aired for one season and was canceled due to low ratings. Hell in my opinion, ill watch anything that JR is commentating on. That man can make watching paint dry an amazing sounding event

  • They should really bring this all back, not with Vince McMahon at the main helm but with us, the fans, because we want the XFL to make a surprising comeback in order to regain its old fans as well as new ones, some who even barely came around upon the XFL's existence.

  • I like the idea of a offeason football league. But Vince McMahon is a douche. He shouldn't have started this. Actually he shouldn't have started the WWE. And adding in scantily clad cheerleaders and taking out all the rules doesn't make something cooler. I mean the CFL actually has some pretty dirty hits but this is ridiculous.

  • BAH GAWD!

  • When u yell "this is awesome" when it was a 13-12 game you don't know good sports at all.

  • @jetsfan8710 13-12 means it's a close game, which means it could be an awesome game.

  • Hit of the year? Are you serious?

  • lolz the XFL was a total failure

  • what a crap league lol... Blind siding people is so hardcore... take off the pads and perhaps this could be an interesting product.

  • I miss the xfl. Xfl is real football. NFL is weak anymore

  • xfl fans are dumbass rednecks with such a short, inbred, adhd induced attention span, that they would rather be entertained by roid monkey wwe actors than see real athleticism and sport.

    NUFF SAID

  • @justgiver91=ROGER GODDEL'S BITCH

  • @justgiver91=SOUND LIKE YOU LIKE INCEST

  • XFL Had Balls! But people profer to watch a bunch of games with gay ass rules, no head on collisions no roughing QB, Forget it. This Country is FINISHED!

  • Did anyone catch that #53 train? Baisley? More like Beastley.

  • This was just a real life, staged, Blitz the League.

  • dam i wish all commentator where like jr

  • The hits would be a huuuuge fine in the NFL these days

  • It can't be fake, because Shante Carver actually played in the NFL.

  • the way wwe is right now the xfl would probably sell more than wwe right now at least you'll see real fighting and it has better adrenaline wwe=kids xfl=real sport or at least as real as you can get

  • haha jim ross is the commenrator

  • this was too extreme it was the nfl but with no rules

  • looked like the fans were packed, xfl shoulda been the afl of the outside football

  • are these guys reall players are just rookies, or actors?

  • did the XFL have heel color commentators? haha

  • i think the XFL could of been a success, but the NFL is just to powerful

  • everything vince mcmahon has done aside from wrestling has been a failure

  • Holy Shit Corey Ivy just killed that guy.

  • script

  • @TheDustinGreen i hope not lol

  • THIS IS GREAT TIME TO BRING BACK XFL BECAUSE THE NATIONAL PUSSY LEAGUE JUST CAME UP WITH THE NEW RULE THAT YOU CAN"T HIT AN OFFENSIVE PLAYER!

  • @NoobSoldier2006 thats what i was thinking too. vince started the xfl too early because the nfl was still good at that time. now its just shit

  • @NoobSoldier2006 lol you caps idiot, the only reason they shut down the xfl (lol those morons cant even spell) was because they diddnt have enough players to keep going... i think that should speak for itself.

  • @NoobSoldier2006

Then how the hell are they going to play? Oh that guy has the ball, oh shit I can't tackle him he is on offense hahaha

  • @sjs0191 The NFL is trying to make it into gymnastic where 11 offensive players would go on the field to do a "walk-through", Peyton Manning will throw a beautiful pass, and a panel of 5 judges on the sideline will each hold up a perfect 10 score card. That's how the team score a touchdown from now on. The defensive players stay on the sideline to give the offense Gatorade. That's what the NFL is heading to. What's the point of having defense if they can't do anything?

  • @NoobSoldier2006

    Your logic has no flaw.

  • @NoobSoldier2006 I'd like to see your kid grow up playing football XFL style. He'd break every bone in his body before he learned to catch a ball or run a pattern. Kids will just want to clobber everyone on the playground...grow up to be big douchebags and never make it anywhere in sport like their parents who are angry because the NFL is for 'pussies' .. play hockey and shut up . This is fuc*ing wrestling for Americans that apparently never grew up

  • @rtiger07 Said someone who's too pussified to put a pad on. If you have ever played pad football in any level before, you would've felt the "football spirit" that everyone felt. No matter the broken body or broken body, all THE REAL football players would die for their coach to put them back in. If you've ever played before, I felt sorry for your team for having such a pussy like you playing for them. The NFL is changing so much that it embarrass those who gave their body for the game.

  • @rtiger07 To add to that, the NFL is trying to protect players to the point where it's not even a football game anymore. Little do they know that without injury, there wouldn't be Matt Chaub, Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Jeff Garcia, Kurt Warner, Brett Favre...etc... If they want to protect the players, then go ahead and cut all the 2nd & 3rd string players from the team. There's no need for them, and they are a waste of money.

  • Shontae Carver had one of the most disgusting late hits I ever saw. He crushed a QB WAY after the ball was thrown, and seriously hurt the guy. The XFL and the Networks replayed the footage over, and over, and over. It was nauseating. The XFL was bush league and had no place in popular culture. The proof is in the ratings. Good riddance XFL!

  • The XFL didn't fail because of the media or Vince McMahon's high profile. The ratings were very high in week 1 on fell off the cliff immediately. The reason? They overestimated the American public's appetite for violence. The late hits, helmet-to-helmet contact, and dirty plays were sickening. Thank goodness the NFL has recognized this. The only good thing to come from the XFL that was adopted by the NFL was putting a camera in place to give a "Madden-like" perspective.

  • I Like Pizza

  • this is real football not like the nfl with it's protect the querterback rule.

  • @cerve414 and that's how players get hurt and it ends their career. No wonder your so called "real football" didnt go far due it having so much violence.

  • @BetterDayz19 c-on man there are things that are mean't to be a certain way. football is a contact sport, change the rules and the game looses it's appeal. Player make millions and it's a risk that comes with the business.

  • @BetterDayz19 dude the voilense is ausome

  • @cerve414 this is not real football... real football pays high salaries to QBs because theyre good. Leave it to dumbass americans to make a rule that leaves your key player open to injury almost every play. I assume all of the commenters here loved wrestling when they were younger...this isn't a sport ^... just nostalgic memories (to some) of another horrible American idea!

  • @rtiger07 today in the nfl a slight touch to the helmet of a qb gets a flag and 25 yards! and that is just touching his helmet with the hand. I do no mean for them to kill each other but what is american football if not a full contact sport players know what they are getting into just like a bullrider when he jumps on top of a 1500lb bull that can kill him

  • @cerve414 You're right. But it just reminds me of slamball. Unrealstic, chaotic sports. But then again...who doesn't want to see that :)

  • @cerve414 its because the quarterbacks cant see whos behind them half the time. And after throwing a ball, their very vulnerable.

  • @cerve414 lol you just called a staged football league real football

  • The XFL, a great football league that wasn't given a real chance. Just one more season, break even, then into the third and it would have been successful, McMahon himself agrees, it didn't even cost that much to start up. The XFL was superior to the over-hyped mediocrity of the NFL in every way, better rules as well, especially as regards special teams and kicks. The NFL cartel buries all the competition, early, through monopoly. Fuck the NFL, fuck its fans, remember the XFL!

  • @Zeus184 if they toned down the wwf content at the time it might have worked. I hope the UFK works. Before this Vince wanted to buy the CFL.

  • @DarthSchwartz woops I mean UFL.

  • @DarthSchwartz Agree 100%, toning down the wrestling-style hype would have given it a better chance. The UFL (I think that's what you meant...UFK?) is very unambitious though, it just wants to be a mini-NFL and the teams are totally naff in marketing terms, but it might survive a few more years before it either gets absorbed into the NFL or disappears. If Vince had bought the CFL that would have been fun, but alas...

  • Shante Carver II: How does an illegal hit after the QB throws become eligible for an award?

  • @joepod This league didnt have the nfl rules. It was much more relaxed in its ruling which is why you see bigger hits such as Shante Carvers. In this league that wasnt an illegal hit, it was perfectly legal because QBs shouldnt be treated like they are pieces of glass. This league was what the NFL should be more like, instead of stupid rules that prevent hitting QBs, kickers, celebrating, and taking away touchdowns when there was 4 points of contact (calvin johnson)

  • @5stringbenfer why dont you play the sport and you'll see the xfl is suicide

  • i loved how NO ONE went to those games haha

  • I think XFL was a pathetic way for Vince McMahon to try and compete with NFL.

  • @PolkMoney863 Yup, tried bringing all the gayness to the great sport of American Football and failed thankfully. I'm surprised that wrestling shit is still around. I'm sorry to the fans of that WWE crap, I've been bitter since my parents told me it was fake. I just can't see a reason to watch a bunch of roided out bad actors play fighting in speedos lol

  • Omfg way to overdo it announcers. And I thought nfl ones were over the top.

  • whats the song at 0:47

  • reminds me of the video game blitz the leauge

  • @lukewalln lol

  • wow J.R. shuldnt be an xfl announcer idk if he really knows much about football lol but hes my fav. wwe announcer

  • @sprintboyy he started out as a football announcer and i think he rocks

  • was there a difference between the nfl and the xfl?

  • @pinchezapatos huge difference

  • @CooladeMan2009 what is the difference between nfl and xfl

  • @LooneyAlex xfl you can fuck up as much shit as you want

  • @LooneyAlex camras on the field cant call fair catch

  • @pinchezapatos NFL= better athletes, more money, more rules

XFL=guys who couldn't make NFL or weren't stars, and also less rules to make the game more dangerous and exciting to watch.

I do miss the days when players were allowed to actually hit a quarterback, almost seem like they will start strapping flags around the QBs waist before too long.

  • this could of been huge something fun to watch win the normal football season is over you could still watch football by watching the xfl. i would watch this if it was on again

  • playing offense doesnt look very fun >_<

  • in away it looks like blitz the league.. seriously..

  • @49ers4life6 That game was (loosley) based off tha xfl

  • @TheCanadianWhite haha yeah no kidden.. i mean wen yu play the the game blitz the league and watch this.. ur totally rite man...

  • They never seem to be able to get these other leagues off the ground. XFL tried. WLAF tried. USFL tried. AFL tried (and is trying again) but ultimately they all have failed.

  • @Sodiumreactor in the usa it is true, though look at the cfl (canadian football league) it has been been played for the last 98 years

  • @sportzfan9 Oh Canada!!!

  • jim ross is a good announcer at everything.....my dad used to listen to him when he did broadcasts for the atlanta falcons

  • Corey Ivy played for Rex Ryan's Defense with the Ravens XFL had a few good players that ended up being solid in the NFL

  • Ahh how cute! They think there playing football

  • Taking a page from the WWE, the XFL could/should have used gimmicks, such as:

    1) loser has to strip (just the cheerleaders)

    2) a Battle Royal where all teams are competing [I admit, this may get a little confusing]

    3) blindfold matches

    4) outside interference, to which the refs are blind to

  • haha how can u fake this shyt!?

  • hey sbc

  • I thought the XFL was badass. But everyone linked it to the WWF and the fakeness of wrestling, and thusly dismissed it. But it was a fun run. I enjoyed watching the games.

  • Dude, for some reason, Corey Ivy's hit reminds me of R-Truth's spinning elbow thing.

  • 0:57 That was just, DAMN he got pumbled. Vince could have made this big but put to much WWF into it. Football is football and Wrestling is wrestling, keep it that way Vince.

  • XFL = extreme fail

  • :57 JR should have said "his brains were scrambled!!"

  • Corey Ivy hit = fucking brutal...

  • This could've been bigger than the WWE

  • h t t p: / / xflfanforum.board-directory. com/index. h t m Calling all XFL fans

  • hit @ 0:54 is fucking sick

  • terry fuckin tate 1:54

  • its a good thing they banned the leage 4ever

  • this was such a good idea and it would have been so much better if they had gotten better players. ya this was interesting to watch but there wasnt any realy awesome guys. the best was maddox and he sucked in the nfl except for like 1 year

  • @spartan11036 They couldn't get better players because no one good would play for this league, they would go to the NFL.

  • Forget XFL, what happened to Lugz?

  • vince might come out in the middle of the game and kick the QB's ass and spit in his face like he always does in the wwe, doesn't he?

  • desean jackson????? in xfl?? eagles still plays

    tommmy maddox ??? Steeler retired

  • they said leshon johnson d-jax

  • XFL was pure hardcore football.. wont see that shit in nfl

  • Thank you! Idiots are so brainwashed by the stupid No-Fun-League. The XFL had some good innovations like the scramble (no coin toss), if you punt and recover the ball you gain possesion (has to be touched first by the return team in the NFL), and above all no faggot ass roughing the passer penalties. People are so stupid they thought the games were staged (like in pro wrestling) because V. McMahon was part owner, WTF!? How the fuck do you choreograph an entire football game lol?

  • @coloniaIVU Actually, people thinking the XFL was fake doesn't mean they're stupid. The fricking wrestling announcers were the announcers! Also, look at the first hit, that's not even a full force hit. The QB is dropping the ball for dramatic effect. Also, when that QB got hit, he was doing his best "hit by a finisher." Trust me, the opening scramble for the ball was legit, but everything else was staged. Everyone likes dramatic football, and that's why we tune into it on TV and go in real life.

  • @FridayNightDldoFight WOW,I mean I'm flabbergasted by what you just wrote.I was hoping you were just kidding and making a tongue in cheek comment but it doesn't look like it.I knew there were ignorant people out there, but it's just amazing that anyone would so openly flaunt their ignorance.Well good for you,if you want to believe that the XFL games were staged then do so.Don't let the truth or anyone else stop you,and keep on enjoying that not very exciting NFL football you like so much.

  • @coloniaIVU One, I get that you like the XFL and don't believe it was staged. That's okay. That's your opinion and, apparently, strongly held belief. I have a different theory(?) or opinion(?) about that. Two, you're trying to call me ignorant, stupid, etc., over a video about the XFL. I think that's the tongue in cheek joke you were looking for. Dude, don't try to be such a scholar over a football league operated by Vince McMahon.

  • @coloniaIVU easy...... just drastically change the rules and hire a shitload of 4th string college players that could never amount to anything, and therefore don't care. imagine the consequences of doing this to any other sport to make it more "exciting", using actal pros. no interference in hockey. no forward pass/ touch on in rugby. no fucking third baseman. the whole concept of xfl is to exploit retards like you. thank god it didn't work

  • @coloniaIVU it was fun but the players suck

  • actually alot of xfl guys are in the nfl now. like he hate me aka rod smart. but j.r. started out announcing games a long time ago. he knows football

  • WTF was J.R doing comentating this SHIT

  • @HKBdivine vince is cutting his checks

  • xfl is for noobs who can't get in the nfl

  • really have to say noobs really

  • @EdsteroftheWWE

    Is Tommy Maddox a noob?

  • This reminds me of the game Blitz the League 2 (awsome game btw)

  • cant blame vince 4 trying at least you dont get a penalty for just winking at the quarterback

  • Those fucking hits were either roughing the passer or launching into a defensless player. no wonder that piece of shit league failed. fucking backyard football was more organized

  • I liked this a lot better than NFL LOL hate me now =)

  • thank god they didnt let these guys play with these rules for more than one season. i wonder how long it would have been before someone DIED in the xfl

  • 1 of them was funny but the rest wernt that crazy lol

  • Every one knew it was a cool idea but xfl wasnt going to last! XFL stands for xtreme faget land

  • Damn you Vince McMahon, this could've been big if you'd have given it another season or two!

  • i agree the games were actually fun to watch...eventually they would have changed the rules for safety anyways because thats the only way you can keep people watching is by keeping star players in the game...you cant do that when they all get injured.

  • Mac, the XFL would have lasted if Vince kept a lower profile. He linked it with the WWF and people thought it was fixed. Additionally, a lot of people don't like Vince. XFL had cool uni's and names. If they promoted it better and did more background stories it would have been big.

  • @tonywallacess45 xfl was the shite good times

  • @mike23456789101112 AX!!!!! Best Helmet ever!!!

  • @tonywallacess45 yes vince killed it...not the fact that it was also shitty football playing with a bunch of nfl rejected players. but i agree with what you say too i guess.
