  • I quite agree dukeenen

  • While cutting with such a big speed the laser consumes A LOT of gas, so it`s not efficient. We have 5000 W Laser cutting machine wich can do flying cut, but we have never used this option. And what dukeenen said is absolutely true.

  • I really thought the most faster sheet working solution is the punching... so far...

    This is much faster than punching.

    In this vid, the machine goes on 100 or 120% feed?

  • In this case when the laser ray is cutting thin sheets(to about 1,5 mm) it can look spectacular but there are also disadventages: fly cut option leaves in material double burn in corners what causes that little particulars of metal deform shape. So laser can't cut thick sheets below 1,5mm using this technic and then punching machine could enter in action.

  • How many watts does the laser beam have ?

  • It's usually rezonator power to 5000 W.

  • this is fast:)
