Has everyone forgot they called him Mr. Risk when he first got the job. I wonder why. lets see from 20 billion dbt to 100 billion debt, you think that might have played a roll. We can talk and yell and so on but we can do little at this point other then watch and see. The really bad part is we already know the end of this story. We've watched it played out several times already. We lose again! darn! Hey did you guys get your 3 million dollar bonus this year. They did!
there is no reason for our government to be involved in the economy. the fed should be dropped and we should go back to printing our own money, just like back in the days before taxs. for every doller that is made we are in debt a doller plus interest. makes no sense. wake up.
Why hasn't the media asked Henry Paulson the tough questions that really need to be asked?
i.e., his tie to the Wall Street -- the corporations, CEOs, execs and suits -- that's he's so anxious to bail out; and the obvious sign of his nepotism and corruption.
The media should ask him, because those the burning questions on Americans' mind. But the media is shielding the powerful corporations and Henry Paulson by avoiding the questions.
I used to worry about the potential for globalization in terms of big corporations and their ability to become "transparent" in their functionings, while having the ability to profit off of individuals and taxpayers, all while outsourcing work domestically. This situation has revealed the frailty of the market - and the dependence that corporations have upon the citizens and taxpayers that they have now petitioned for billions of dollars in an effort to remain viable. Any thoughts?
its ok to bailout the fat cats, the banks, wall street with no questions asked, no accountable, but when it comes to the middle class and our working men its not OK. Screw you!!!!
