Yeah I know what you mean...that was my thought when I saw it. I was using Aimee's laptops built in webcam and I dont know if it was just lagging or what. I would use my expensive webcam I bought but it has a horrible mic on it that screws up all the time so I figured Ill just deal with the bad video.
