what do you mean? the gown is too open in the back because thats only the first part to gowning, once the surgeon is done gloving he has to pass a "card" that is located near the waist that has another tie that is passed to the surgical technician or to the circulator where then the surgeon spins, or the circulator or ST spin. and that will cover the rest of his back. This was not shown on this video, but you can see the extra tie on the waist.
