Damn Doc you got even stronger your recovery in between sets is amazing. I got to start doing these superset routines more often i do 2mups 2dips at top up to10, 2pullups up to 10, 15 diamondsup to 60 once per week though i think thats one of your routines. i have to up it, how often do you do these superset workouts.
Excellent and motivating routine! I liked the 30 count hold with your partner hanging from your legs and the knees-up weighted holds. Static holds are so useful in strength training!

Is it bad to do pull ups & chin ups, or any workout, to FAILURE when working out? do these guys train to failure or stop a couple reps short??
