In every country there is plenty of shit music... everything can't be perfect. But it doesn't take a genius black metal fan (or maybe metal fan in general) to comprehend that Norway has the biggest and most bad-ass extent of this favorite music of mine. It is in my opinion the most fruitful of the metal-exporting countries (the fucking best!), followed by, Sweden. I would be proud as hell to have at least VISITED Norway! Most of the modern U.S. metal bands suck wart-infested, hairry ASS!

Oh yeah, I love this. Okay, I have to get something off my chest. Satyr is a smart guy, people - he knows how to control and attract people to his music. Ofcourse, his sound has changed from the "true underground style", and yes, the sound is more commercial in the rock direction, but what they are doing is still really, really cool. There is nothing wrong with evolving their style - if you only like their old albums, then listen only to those!
