Someone must have sent that painting to the NYPD as my Mexican friends were stopped on a highway there and were promptly peppers-prayed for no reason at all. It's okay, though, 'cause they had a bag of tortilla chips and promptly began swooping them through the air.

'Oh, mang, thees is deeleeshus! More, more, mang!", as they wrote to me. Apparently the cops cracked their ribs with laughter, and, not knowing what to do, my friends picked up all the loose change on the ground and vamoosed.
