they wont break at all ive had my lst2 for over a year and only broke a fron knocle cuz it ran on me into a sign at like 40mph lol

@BackYardBashers137 - well, actually the reason for the LST2 was because the LST was having a lot of problems with busted steering servos, linkages and drivetrain components. The LST2 has stronger linkages, servos, and metal drivetrain components. So it's definitely an upgrade over the LST - more than just tires and body.

Hey dude. It's great. nothing broken so far, but I have to admit that I don't drive it that much now since I got the merv. lol. But it still runs great. I don't really drive it hard and really only run it inside watching TV in the evenings or stuff like that, so I don't really push it hard. But it's still a great little truck for running inside.

you have a cool wife to buy you one of these :) I have a mini lst2 also,it's an awesome truck! not long ago I put a 2200mah 7.4v 20c lipo! it goes way faster,and has way more tourque! :) and so far the stock esc and motors takes it just fine,have run the battery dead 4 times now,can get about 45min of hard driving out of it. you should totally put one on! there only $6-$7 from hobbypartz..com,it's where I got mine :)

is it water-proof? cuz i hv the mini e-revo, and it's pretty awesome, but whenever i take out the motor, and put it back in properly, it breaks. at 3 yards from the transmiter, it goes crazy, i can't controll it, and it breaks everything in the house, does any body now how to fix it, cuz i aint shipping it back to get fixed, again!

It was probably an LST, not the LST2 that's why they came out with the LST2 so quickly... to fix the gearing and servo issues on the LST.

That's probably the LST, not the LST2. One of the main reasons they came out with the LST2 was to fix the gear and servo issues. I haven't broken any servos on this truck yet.

I've heard that too, but I have never broken mine. I think a lot of the ones that broke were the LST, not the LST2. They really beefed up the LST2 so it wouldn't break as easy.
