It's called MGE. It's a 1v1 TF2 mod mainly used for practice where it's first to twenty.

@poepiebanaan like the other guy said, as it came from fragmentation grenade (nicknamed frag). getting killed by one was known as getting "fragged", like getting n00b tubed, as a way of distiguishing the kill (like "X got embarressed by the knife" it was "x got fragged") eventually this became the default for getting killed, hence "frag movie" is clips of one person "fragging" other players. hope this helped

Also, one question: every now and then, the health of the player would randomly increase with a buff, like if a medic was healing him. But there were no medics and a medigun can't operate that fast. Do I detect hax?
