the way i see it

quick scope- is zooming in and your crosshairs land directly on your target right away

drag scope- after zooming in, your crosshairs are offset to the left or right of your target and you must "drag" your scope before firing.

half scope- bringing the scope halfway and firing before the crosshairs show up

no scope - self explanatory
