@GavinJ37 in interviews Colin and Ryan said they were both getting fed up with being teamed together , they wanted to be split up in order to keep the games fresh ( as far as i know they still get on !) . remember they were doing whose line in the UK for 8 years or so before it came to America plus various show of drew carey's improv all stars too . Ryan was a producer on improvanaza so he got his wish .
