First heard this song on Los Lobos Cover Album "Ride This". I loved it. Went and listed to Thee Midnighters version and loved that even more.As much as I loved those two versions, this one is my favorite.
Thanks for posting. Only recently stumbled upon Timi Yuro when looking for Thee Midnighters "It Will Never Be Over For Me" after hearing Los Lobos cover it. Like her cover the best and I love the other two.Obvious why she was a favorite of artists as diverse as Elvis and Morrissey.
