I hate this phone. I have one and can't wait to upgrade to an HTC Desire. This phone is very laggy, the top and left pop-out menus are very tricky to click in and out, any of the widgets you have on you screen can not be locked so if you touch one it is likely to move it instead of opening it, and the power save feature is the worst. It will only let you view something for about 10 seconds before it turns off and you have to hold the power button to turn it back on. Can't change this setting.

@kturtle714 it won't use a T-Mobile SIM. Alltel is a CDMA carrier, T-Mobile is a GSM carrier. CDMA doesn't use SIM cards.

I've hade this phone for about year and a half now and its great! Funny thing about it though, I accedently left it in my shorts pocket last summer and washed it, to this day it still works perfectly! lol browser is pretty decent the only thing that took me a while to get used to was the digital qwerty keyboard.

On top of that, this damn phone erased all my contacts twice. Mine froze on me alot after awhile, and sometimes it would restart on it's own

Uhm, I have this phone, too, and I absouelty love it. Some people probably don't like it because they can't work it. It takes awhile to get used to. Mines all scratched up, but the screen has not cracked once in the year I've had it, and trust me, I've dropped it MANY times. The phone has perfect picture quality and amazing battery life. Also, I can even go on the internet during school! There's a drawing pad and a radio, and just so much fun extras! i love it, seriously.

The Phone feels like it is 10 years out of date, sure it has a touch screen but thats the only modern thing about it. You are limited on what you can do with it and it is very un responsive. It just feels very out dated with nothing special about it. The screen is tiny, the sound is bad, and the phone is clumsy. I hate this phone SO MUCH! THe Music player is complete crap the phones sound (in terms of loudness) is also bad . I seriously do not recommend this phone.

I have this phone and like it alot. I switched from the lg scoop and love the features and the fact it will hold a 16 gig micro sd for all the music and even movies u want. I hated being with altell bc of the price so I had nTelos in my area flash their software onto it and now I have unlimited talk, text, and web for $50 a month with no contract (nTelos is great for cities) If you can get a good deal on it buy it you will love all the features

Look closely at the case, there is a slot built in for the stylus. A stylus from Samsung is also available which attaches to the phone. I love having the stylus handy as I find it more accurate with the touch screen.
