God how i miss old disney world and old disney rides, the new ones, and “refurbished” ones are just not magical to me. i am so mad, and heartbroken they got rid of the old rides and shows, why couldn't they just build new stuff elsewhere, like in another state!

@cookiesfun20 Why would I call you a name, I wouldn't do that. As far as the food it's actually available separate from the ride itself, you kind of float around the outskirts of the restaurant and smell the food. It was allot of fun!

If anyone saw the ride the way it USED to be, they would not like this version. This is not a good representation of Mexico. The "ORIGINAL" version was much better. So Sad...

@thebogeygolfer72 All Disney parks are changing drastically =( its very sad...I live in California and a ride that has not been touched since the original opening of Disneyland (the Its a Small World Ride) was changed BIG TIME recently...its cute but I miss the original one

Another Disney ride goes down!!! Disney has been 'revamping' its rides with characters from their 'brand' at the expense of the magic of the original ride. It looks like this ride is now a bunch of TV screens with cartoons. I have heard that they removed the restaurant and made it into a marketplace and bar. Is this true??? That was one of my favorite restaurants because it was just like eating outside in Mexico at night only indoors!

Food is great at the restaurant, and you get mariachi's playing every so often, it's just a cool place to be, I think the best Rest. in Epcot.

i personally think that it was better before... the reason that i liked this ride a lot was because it was one of the only things that WASN'T disney oriented. now it is just ruined. :(

omg i ve called it the mexican ride but when you add food in there it only makes sense(the mex. rest. inside)when you ride it you can see peeps eating.....so funny......lol.hasnt changed in 20 yrs........

Wow! I was over there in june. I loved this ride! We didn't get chance to eat there though.
