Sorry...thought I replied to this earlier. Bill Moll is a custom builder in Springfield, Missouri. As such, he can build & ship anywhere in the world. Prices start at $3500 USD, and go up from there (depending on the woods & adornments you select). He's also looking to build this in a true Jumbo model, versus the SJ (Small Jumbo) I'm playing in this vid. Drop him a note & tell him I sent you. Yes, it is Spanish tuning (more commonly known as "Open G" tuning). But I'm tuned down either 1.5 or 1 full steps as well.

Thanks for the comment. Tuning is Open G, and I tuned down either 1.5 or 2.0 steps (can't remember where I ended up on that day). This isn't a dead-on version of Kottke's. Hit the site: tabpigs dot org for a closer tab version. Just FYI, Leo tuned down 2.0 steps in his version.

Many thanks for the kind comments. I've got some more to post (finally), as I got some some tech help for a change. And yeah, the Moll 12 string is simply killer. Can't tell you how pleased I am with it....it just stands up & barks! ;-)
