@chinyemike Yes it does, Gib runway is always approached from the sea, in this case from East to West

I was watching this cool thing on Discovery (or something) about how tricky that airport can be because the rock creates an updraft when you're trying to land, the cross wind factors, birds, the ocean, and how periodically cloud cover gets hung up on the rock.

Great video.. I flew into Gibraltar on 10 May 2008, only a few days after you shot this. That flight was also from easyJet and on one of the BA/GB Airways hybrids. Fly into and out of this airport was a real thrill.
