good call guys. I notice u guys were being realistic with the judging knowing that they wud be biased towards pac. But i noticed that not 1 single round was won by pac decisively according to u guys. Notice also that marquez was fighting his fight all the way thru and pac had no answers. Notice also that ur scoring the fight based on the premise that marquez had to basically knock pac out is not really a fair way to score which is why there was an outcry. I had it 8-4 jmm based on clean punchin.

i gave it to jmm for his ring generalship. Pac really was reaching and lunging and off balance for most of the fight. jmm gets the nod for defense, which also should be taken into consideration. I even give it to jmm for effective aggression. Altho manny was the aggressor, not much of it was effective. jmm was very aggressive and effective on the counter. He wins handsomely. you guys, consiously i think, were looking thru Arum lenses and hence distorted the scoring, esp the smaller guy.

That's what the judges would have done because they knew the game. But if it were real, Marquez won all of the close round because he controlled the tempo of the fight. It's simple, Pacquiao struggled with Marquez because JMM went on the back foot and counter punched. Manny has always struggled with this way of boxing ... Cotto, Hatton, Margarito, De La Hoya etc. are not counter punchers.

What are Mayweathers greatest strengths? Counter punches, defence, straight right hands and fighting on the back foot. It is not a question styles it's a question of technique.
