Any TTM line haul driver who calls himself a "Combat Trucker" is foolish. It's one of those terms or slang used within their own. Hey, I was TTM Recovery, I got called lazy! Lazy my ass, I never saw anybody else out on the MSR for 3 hours recovering IED'd tankers, MRAPS, etc. And I'm speaking about contractors, not military. I did my time in the USMC. These line haul guys are some characters, but nothing they're saying is meant to be bad ass or tough. It's all in good fun.

The KBR guys walk around like they're bad ass but if they ever had to get out of their truck, they couldn't do anything but throw Red Bull cans at the enemy. Most of these contractors are veterans. Former soldiers themselves. When you get out of the military and nobody wants to hire you for fear of TSD or gulf war syndrome you might not look so unfavorably at the contract world. The guy in this video is an idiot though. Probably never even been to a warzone.

some civilian contractors were not allowed n2 the military because of medical reasons not 'cause they were scared to were a uniform. they maybe paid, but not always paid well. military is also paid 4 ur info.military or non-military they all risk their lives.
