while the signing is very good, ur tryin 2 make into a pop video n its quite hard to see what ur signing from the side or while ur sittin on a sofa. I understand ur trying to make it aesthetically pleasing but some of the deaf community will not understand the signing if its not head on x

why are the signs for "ever green" and "last forever" the same or have i misinterpretated it

Hi,

Thanks for your question..no you haven't miss interpreted it, i will explain why..

When translating English into BSL if I signed the exact words "ever green" what does that mean? It wouldn't make sense to say "I'm gonna take this night and make it green forever" so you have to think about what it means..and it means "I'm gonna take this night and make it last forever" hope that has answered you question??

Your signing is in the right rhythm with the song. People usually do it a bit early or a bit late.
