If you win out, with playing #9 KSU and #3 OSU...Unfortunately there's no Big 12 championship to further help with the rankings, a 1-loss KSU team would be like 20th anyways, there's a complete explosion of teams that lose, there is a slight chance to move into 2nd and play for it. But don't get your hopes up.

@tehobbehtwins I'm a fan of FSU, and despite it being nice finishing in the top 5 for 14 straight years, it wasn't exactly the most gratifying thing only getting 2 titles out of them...so I know it's gotta sting. All shit talking aside, I think there's a shot for OU with 2 top 10 teams left on the schedule.

@tehobbehtwins I'd rather see any team than an SEC team win it. I live in SEC country in Savannah, GA, so I hear nothing but ass-kissing to SEC schools. They all bandwagon with their conference too much. They think if you aren't in their conference, then you suck. They only have 2 legit teams this year, and everyone else started off ranked too high. We may have too, but that conference is known for having random teams get ranked too high: Ark/ MSU/ AU, USC, UGA, UF..etc.

The 2011 Oklahoma vs Florida State game will not be like the last one. We have most of our returning players back and we have the top recruiting class in the country. Last year we beat Florida and Miami and had a good chance of being a 1 or 2 loss team. This years OU vs FSU game will be entertaining! a good game to watch.

It should be said that Herbie hasn't spoken a kind word about us in years, so he's definitely seen something to get him gushing like this. No kool-aid to be had, we're a good team for the first time in almost a decade and only getting better. Like it or not we will be back in the Nat.Championship hunt at least by 2012, but probably by next year. We have almost everyone coming back, and our next quarterback (EJ Manuel) is a stud with heisman potential. Look out, FSU is for real.
