@LiLCaal if you go south of Ivarstead, you will eventually be attacked by a dragon. Its weak, but is hard to hit because it wont stay on the ground for more than about 10 seconds

OK can anyone help me,

I'm now level 15 and the only dragon encounter iv had so far is the one at helgen at the start, iv looked up other videos and I think there's supposed to be a group of hunters at the look out tower thing outside whiterun and then the dragon appears and you kill it and that's how the main story starts off but those group of people are not there. I have searched the surrounding area and I cannot find them, can anyone tell me what to do because I really dont want to start o

@plunkettsnumber7 fast travel to ivarstead then head south then u will see a dragon head on your map then you will see a dragon on the top of a tower its a fire dragon btw

dragon nr1 is introduced by the main plot and killed almost soon after, this is about dragon nr 2 you are told about afterwards so its like dragon #3 overall - slightly failed =/

well i can think that by telling you call it "How to find Dragon #1" instead of "How to find Dragons (mental break) #1" :D plural makes all the difference. anyway its nice to show people obvious things the worldmap already tells them xD while massive random encounters make you face dragons way often ^^ but its not i'm blaming you, you re just being nice to follow ridiculous requests by some people who dont even play the game really :D

there is no set amount of dragons you will see they always respawn. But u can take their scales and bones and with 100 smithing and a perk u can make dragon armour which is one of the best armours in the game :)

i would say a good starter dragon would be any that is terrorizing a town or some other group of NPC's that will help you kill it.

It doesn't really matter that much which race will you choose - in example dark elves has +50 fire resist, Nords has cold resist etc. You are what you play here - if you use magic a lot - you will become powerfull mage, if you swing sword a lot - you will be awesome swordsman in future :) It works like that.

they can be quite powerful

maybe dark elf, and choose a mage

and as you progress you will become a badass mage

and using magic is fun, i kinda don't like swinging swords like some cave men

@OdavavaCecirion i went with a breton...found soulbound sword.... and soulbound bow keep some good reg swords in your bags incase you cant summon... but till lvls up both your conj and onehand/bow  powerful combos you get +damage done by soulbound weapons then you get extra damage from the weapons tree..... so far its working well for me oh and i put a few points in to restro.... yay quick heals
