OMG... lightbulb moment!!! When you said that if one can worry about "what if," one can learn to do POSITIVE visualizations, I couldn't believe how obvious it was, and yet I had been making excuses that I wasn't "good at visualization" forever while at the same playing the what if game constantly (much to my detriment, of course - I like to say that borrowing trouble isn't the bad part; you have to worry about the compounded interest!).
