Not really cheating, just exploiting glitches in the game. As far as the gameplay, it's all from programs that let you record, tweak, and playback input to the game. A few emulators actually have them built in. I know Nesticle used to, not sure if it still does... haven't checked. Anywho, took a good bit of skill and patience to make this clip, well done.
