My younger brother lost a leg to cancer when he was 10. He remained an avid skier and mtn biker his whole life. Now at 45 he has arthritis in his wrists and ankle. So while you live life to the fullest, be mindful you only have one ankle, take care of it, and remember your hands and wrists will carry a lot more weight and do more things for you, take care of them too. Good luck.
