Somehow I missed THE lawn when I was there. :) You got both of the characters for Osaka wrong. It's 大阪 (oosaka, big embankment/slope) not 小坂 (osaka, little hill/slope). The "little" part could get you in trouble with men there who are short on pinkies.
Hehe, that end bit was great... some guy gingerly touching the grass with his hand protected with a plastic bag... and then in the back, an older man heroically saving a poor child from horrors unknown.
"Stand back child, I have trained for many years for this and that gentleman is using protection. Don't try this at home, we have touched the grass here so that you do not have to."
