Nakumat is a rip off. Its a place where the foreigners are tricked to be buying luxury goods when the product its self isnt luxury. I think foreigners know they are beign ripped off, but they go there anywyas because their currency is much more greater than the locals currency. Second, even with Nakumat, they would be payiing less than what they would have if they were in their own native land so its a some what a bitter sweet dilema.
And in the Western media, they feed everyone with LIES. Africans starving to death... How many times did a Western asked you if you know or familiar with that particular food/fruit/ when you actually had it all over in your country?
And the fruits/vegetables are more delicious out there, and we got a bigger variety, some expensive though for those who live on a dollar a day. Some small scale farmers especially in the villages grow them though, so its a cheaper bought directly from them by villagers, but when you get your hand on them.....yummy!
