As a crash investigator i blame the cars in the back for the de-railment which cause a pull on the coupler effect allowing the locomotive too roll-over by the forces. I understand the engineer saw a giant filming by the culvert as they came around and the conductor stopped the engineer from say any more as they under strict ruling by the X-Files...
Heck i hope they film more...that was terrific...
