Rick Siegels audio seems to be a very heavy compression of the wind noise at the peer. So may be he really believed what he has told in his video.
(Rick Siegel had a lawsuit against the makers of "9/11 Mysteries" because they "faked" his original soundtrack. ...very strange.)
Nevertheless his video is a very important source for analysis.
