I love how you're at a point where you just start mixing Korean and English together :O) I've been learning this wonderful language for a year now, and I just feel so devastated when people actually travel all the way to Korea, stay there for a year to teach, and come back having learned absolutely NOTHING of their language. I wish I could actually go there one day :O)

I lived in Seoul from '99-'01 and LOVED it. It was hard, though, being started at and being called 'wei-guk', but then nothing like India because it was not nearly as aggressive. I taught English in a hagwan in Yangjae-Dong. Made some serious friends and family there.

Now that's damn real! I love when lil'Japanese kids at my school run up to me and start asking me questions. They ask questions like, why is one side of my hand black and the other side isn't? I love answering their questions.

Kids are precious! I never thought i'd want to teach elementary , but in my internship with elementary students it was so refreshing. Like you said the innocence  and purity of children is amazing. I had forgotten what it was like until working with them.
