i did it unconsciously last night, the weird thing is that i saw a mix of races, i mean a saw a an asian, american, and african people, and almost all of them are sleeping..i realized that i was astral projecting when i saw a weird thing, i got two zippers on my pants and i said to myself "wtf? am i dreaming or what? oh crap!" when i try to do something, all of them are looking at me, like in the movie "Deception".. such an amazing experience..

He is saying that our thoughts as a collective have created this reality. Your thoughts are able to create a reality. Don't misunderstand me. I am not able to make sense of everything he says. you can drop the whole existance of everything back to one thought, that caused the first mind - some of us call "god" - and this thought is simply "I am". Without this information, nothing exists. When there's a mind having this information, it is raising questions from it's own. And of course when there is nothing than this thought, this thought has to create something to compare with and understand what it is. I think that "god" wants to know what it is, but it can't, because it's infinite.

i recently experienced the vibrational state of the obe but the paralysis that overcame my body frightened me to the point where i suddenly got kicked from this "level of conciousness" and awoke, i have been trying to induce obes for a long time now but everytime i reach this stage i let fear get the best of me and get booted so to speak..so my question is how can i train my mind not to fear this paralysis?

@ANDROID697 I find diet has nothing to do with it. There are some foods with chemicals and other substances that will make you feel drained and tired like fatty processed fast foods. Other than that there isn't much of an impact. I say this from personal experience. All that is needed is practice, T.L.

my obe-s happened only when i was slightly stressed during the day and unable to fall asleep because of too many images flowing through my mind(connected to that particular day). at the moment when i would be almost asleep- the magic would happen :) It is the most incredible feeling i ever had, so pleasant and magic...so, get stressed sometimes, maybe it will work! ;)

Can you explain why it feels so real? How is it possible to feel real sensations without your body? I never understood how you can "see" the physical world without having eyes, without being there. Is it the "real", "matter-based", physical world that you see during an OBE? Or is it more like the "source" (i.e. thoughts/energy) of the physical world that you "see"?

Is it possible that the physical world is a projection of a thought world, and that the thought world is the one you see during OBE?

The reason why they feel so real is because our astral body is an exact replica of our physical but it's made of light vibrating on a slightly higher frequency. So when the physical body is touched, the astral feels it and visa versa because the mind and brain translates the electrical signals in the same way. Also, remember that ether is solid to ether and matter is solid to matter (although both vibrates on different frequencies). I will respond to your other questions more directly.
