Hi, I'm looking into doing your workouts, they look great! :) Just wondering, is there a rest period between each round of exercises? Is this greater than the rest period taken for one exercise?
What is the best weight to start for a beginner? Wher can I purchase? Also do I need 2 of the same weight? I subscribed to u today after looking at others on youtube!:)
@naturalylovelie2 I get my kettlebells from wolverson-fitness in the uk. For a girl, normally 8kg is a good weight to start, then normally quickly progressing to 12kg for swings. For guys usually 12kg to start, sometimes 16kg, depending on fitness level. You don't need 2 to start off. your can also use 2 of different weights in many exercises and just swap sides. Thanks for subbing :)
great combination of exercises can't wait to try and set up my own routine with some of the workouts you have shown on your videos. I would think the best way is to have different combos to change it up workout to workout right? .great website also thanks for all the advice, its very helpful.

@DontPushIt0 The best advice is to rest a little longer, but carry on if you feel recovered enough. It's an individual thing really :)
