@MultiSuperfunny ,,I had a Godin MIDI guitar connected through a roland guitar synth to a apple Power mac running software called Mibac Music lessons. Computer displayed the notes on the staff and I would play them on the Godin Midi guitar.Reading notation and finding it on the guitar was two learning curves that I learned in one step. By the time I was 8 I read music notation very well. I started playing Jazz melodies with background tracks at 8 also.
theres being a tall 7 yr old and then theres i dont think i would like to be 6 foot 6 to be honest and i can understand why people dont believe the fact that you are 7 just out of intrest how tall were you when you were 7 if you know??? and anyways why is everyone obessesed with how tall you are very nicely played
What's with the clashing between how good blues players and metal players are? It's proven that the guitarists in especially Jazz and Metalcore are the better of all musicians in the world. Playing one type of music doesn't make you any better, it's the way you play it.
@layton056 Great dude, At 12 I was performing 3 hour instrumental Jazz shows in restaurants for cash. Released a Jazz album at 14. Dizzy,Duke,Miles,Monk,Django,Bird,,Do you know who they are? Keep on Rockin Buckethead.
I think Death Metal is a more adult-form of music. Pop, Country, and some Rock is fine but when you get into the real grungy music (often with swearing, talk about sex, etc) then it can be a bit detrimental on a kid.
Not to mention I doubt any kids tell their teacher "I want to learn to play death metal"
No, that would be totally bad. So bad today. We rather want to see some blues legends like Clapton or Vaughan or somethin' in this years, but not death metal, gosh...
@TheWhocares233 Most Metal is really easy to play is what I meant. I'll admit there are exceptions but nowadays it's usually just really fast strumming on the low E.
@TheWhocares233 It is easy. Most of it is really fast plucking on the E string and the solo is a couple of Pentatonic scales. It really isn't that complex musically or that difficult to play. Metal in general is one of the easiest genres to play and write.
@bounty93 Metal (with) a good guitarist is one of the hardest to play imo...Jeff loomis, jason becker, rusty cooley, michael romeo is why believe that...only genre i can think of that is more difficult is jazz ,classical, fusion just look up any rusty cooley solo and tell me that is not difficult =\
@TheWhocares233 I'll admit there are exceptions but modern metal nowadays is really simple. Just a lot of really fast strumming. Look up Paul Gilbert to see some amazing guitar playing.
Yeah, I played it wrong. But since then I've seen Jimmy play it different a couple times on performance video's I've watch. I got it down note for note now.
