i don't get why people are taking this song so seriously, because simply the song is an advertisement itself. if you haven't already noticed, the item or brand name they are promoting is called skinny looks. so isn't it to be expected that the name be somewhere in the song? so they simply put in "skinny" from "skinny looks" and "baby" which is a word that is constantly used in other songs. put them together and you get "skinny baby".
