@UnknownCasualty01 Darker Than Black is about a post apoctaliptc type world. Being known as contractors are supposedly evil. A contractor must pay a price to use thier supernatural powers. Hei (the guy with short hair) is a contractor and the main character. SPOILER ALERT: All contractors must pay a price but Hei doesnt for he got his powers from his sister, who is dead and constantly paying the price even in death
