Never mind... kids, this here is a lesson in musical TEXTURE. Sounds cool don't it. Not at all like Velvet Revolver.

  • stolen?

  • @dentpopcan how would it be stolen?

  • @LedZeppelin420x Most of Zeps first songs were reworked blues and folk songs from various bluesmen and English folk singers, they went out on the first tour together with nothing but reworked blues standards and some songs Page had from his recent Yardbirds venture. Critics feasted on this stuff and it actually made Zep more popular with the masses,Page was not only a music genius but he knew the buisness in and out and with Joneys exp in the studio they just tore it up from day 1.

  • @dentpopcan a cover never released?

  • SUCH DRUMMING!

  • This is so good that it's creepy.

  • i can hear achilles last stand originating out of this riff...

  • everyday I come home from school it has another 1000 views!

  • This is cool!!! Definitely a blues tune that is also has a lot of groove to it. I love that beat Bonham does. It's too bad they didn't release this 1 on 1 of their albums.

  • john lee hooker original.

  • Yrt another LZ rip off. This one from Howling Wolf ......

  • @sweetblueharps No one said it was Led Zeppelin's lol.

  • @sweetblueharps I don't think holwin wolf had a guitarist like page, a drummer like Bonham, a bassist like Jones, and a singer like plant. Rip off you still say? I laugh at your ignorance.

  • could you send me the picture at 0:52

  • No more rare once on youtube, right?

  • catchy song!

  • SO VERY GOOD!

  • Great post, thanks heaps.

  • This belongs in Jimi's 'Electric Church'.

  • When it comes down to it, zeppelin was a true blues rock band. People just overlook that a lot. Such gold here though. They are good at everything they do.

  • Yo mate, thanks for posting this! I had to rip it to mp3 just in case it disappears off the face of the earth.,.

  • did YOU record this? how did you get this?

  • Eclectic soul .......simply the best

  • woah. this is actually very rare. RIGHT ON MAN!!!!

  • freaking badass !

  • I love Bonzo's drumming here,especially at 1:26 when it kinda isolated

  • Sounds like a homage to ELVIS!

  • The quality certainly sucks, but come on, not all Zeppelin songs are going to be just like Black Dog or Stairway. That's the beauty of Zeppelin; none of their albums have the cookie cutter corporate sound like the wasteland of mainstream crap we've been hearing for years.

  • very true...just saying i don't care for it

  • @cutsup350 The quality sucks because it's a recording right off the floor during practice. You wont find a better sounding version anywhere that's for sure.

  • @guit00 i dont care, fuck it still sounds good to me

  • Does anyone know the Zeppelin song where Robert plant talks in the first minute with no music and i think a harmonica comes in...It might not even be Zeppelin but it was damn good!

  • Bring it on Home might be it....

  • Bring it on Home from Led Zeppelin2!

  • Pretty much anything off of Led Zeppelin 1

  • last song seond album u cock!!

  • Bring it on home?

  • do you mean bring it on home?

  • I think you're referring to Bring It On Home, one of my favorite Zeppelin songs.

  • bootleg led zeppelin is the best! :D

  • GRACIAS MANNN!!!!

  • I love this song. Infact the rare Led Zeppelin cd which is a 11 disc set that has this song on it is worth having. This song was recorded in 1969 and never released infact the 11 cd set is all outtakes of them in the studios working on songs like Stairway to heaven, poor tom etc. a must have for anyone who loves this band. note you cannot buy this 11 cd set in stores it is a bootleg

  • where might i get my hands on this set?

  • hey, any ideas where i can pick up this box set? always looking for hard to find Zepp..Band of Joy

  • thanx for uploading this man

  • A sound from the dank, filthy depths of tortured joy. Nasty grunge funk with a Celtic edge. Neato...

  • Awesome song!!! but the sound is a little crappy unfortunatly

  • lp from the 60's what u expect

  • Love this! Where on earth did you find it?

  • thats awsome jus think they probably made plenty of great tracks that never made albums

  • Thanks for Posting! I can't get this outta my head!

    Sounds Fantastic!

  • yeah... it's on Achilies Last Stand site... but sounds different there.. fater

  • What is the source of this tune? Where did it come from? It it even real?

  • great song, they should give it on some record in 70s. very cool, thanks for uploading this :)

  • funky!

  • way cool I never heard this track either. It does sound like the sound mastery of dazed and confused album. At least the vocal overlays have that same dazed and confused feel. very nice song. where is this track from? its awesome

  • Thanks for uploading this...........sounds awesome!! I want the sweater page has on at the beginning with his symbol on it!

  • @rockraccoon311 hell yeah i was hoping i wasn't the only one :)

  • Anyone know when this is recorded? Sounds like around their first album

  • Wow! Cool a Zep recording I've never heard. God damn why doesn't Pagey

re-master these and let the legacy live on!

  • You won't find it on limewire that's for sure. In fact I don't think you'll find it anywhere on the Internet. It's too rare. I guess you'll have to come here to listen to it ;)

  • alright thnx for letting me know i'll just have to listen to it here then

  • @guit00

you can find it in ares

  • @guit00 youtube downloader + upload,though if anything, I wouldn't be the one to do it :P

  • @guit00 or download your clip from here and separate the audio. the whole process takes about 3 minutes :)

i would buy it but its impossible so i guess its cool to download it

  • how can i download this song i cant find it on lime wire? this song is amazing and i really want it on my psp so if anyone can help me please leave a comment on how i can download it

  • Groovin' :D

Awesome song, I love that heavy bass beat.

  • wow i am amazed a led zepp song iv`e never heard before thanks for posting it

  • i agree this is fkn great! anything they're great minds came up with was incredible

  • AHHH! I fricking love this! Why wasn't it released?

  • WOW!!

  • how do you now what i sound like,?..and what is a EltoJohn's is he a sax player ,

  • Nice one!

  • I would like to put my organ through leslie ?

  • you dont have enuff cable!

  • how would you now,you sound like a newfie.........

  • well done for taking the bait

  • not all of us nefies sound like that

  • Believe me it's Jimmy playing thru a Leslie speaker, his phrasing is what gives it away. He used the same sound on his solo in 'The Wanton Song'

  • This is an excellent song! Why was it never finished?

  • What effect is that on his guitar for the solo at 1:34 onwards , is that a flanger, phaser, Leslie speaker ?

Just can't put my finger on it,

    anyone have any ideas?

  • believe it's like a.... PageTurner5000...

  • its not a guitar

  • What do you think it is?

  • its an organ.

  • Never thought of an organ before, it does sound like it could be, but I still hear it as much more slide-guitarish through a leslie, but just different , I guess I'll never know for sure

  • no man, its definatly an organ through a leslie. thats a signature sound. listen to the small faces. its a signature sound

  • Haven't heard much small faces, will take a listen though,

  • small faces are really good. listen to the song "you need lovin"

let me know what you first think of. aha

  • I've heard Itchycoo Park :)

I might try to recreate the flanging effect they did, similar to the ending section if Bold As Love (Hendrix) but I think that flanging was done in stereo,

I've got enough tape machines to do genuine tape flanging, but it's just a matter of, Can I be bothered :P

    But Yeah I'll have a listen :D

  • Thats a guitar through a leslie buddy. At 2:00 you can hear a note bend, and the lick has total jimmy page phrasing to it.

Check out baby come on home by zeppelin. Page fed his guitar through a leslie on that song and it sounds the same

  • then explain why you can hear an organ throughout the entire song.

  • I hear no organ

  • You must be hearing things

  • i hear a guitar fed through a leslie through the song, not an organ.

  • In the first seconds you can clearly hear the picking...

I have a Hammond organ B3, I understand what you mean, but still I can hear the picking...

Even when you put perc on you still don't that picking sound.

  • Thanks everyone for all the views! I cant send the song to anyone anymore though, cause i lost it :/

  • damn...oh well.

  • excellent - wow!

  • Awesome song!

  • lo mas grande que ay the best band in the histori the school of music

  • wow.......

    i just jizzed my pants

  • The best there was. The best there is. The best there will ever be. Hammer of the Gods.

  • This song just kicks you in the nuts and makes you go wherever it makes you! It kicks ass! I've been thinking about something that will be next year and... this just became a possibility for a song I will be performing! When I say Zeppelin kicks ass... it is a MASSIVE understatement, rock on!

  • great jimmy page pics :)

  • jimmy page

  • I just heard this for the first time.....I think a little bit of wee just came out.

    Fucking Gold!!!

  • :D 0:50

  • I'd have to say 0:50 isn't funny at all, haven't you seen Page in his early days!? 0:59 is where the laughter is at. Fuckin '90s. If I weren't born in them I would say they sucked. Lol Plant's sense of style went with the trends obviously where as Page has always looked bad ass.

  • HAHA...

    0:50

  • hey great freakin song man.... I thanks you for this but is there a good quality version...

  • Nah man i think this is the only version there is. Its really old and it was never mastered. Thanks though!

  • ZEPPELIN I,VE NOT HEARD BEFORE,thats all i want. get in.

  • For a second I thought this was a cover of John Lee Hooker's sugar mama but obviously not lyrics don't match up... did they wright this?

  • I dont really know the exact name of the album since I got the song from a friend. I think he took it from a boot leg cd or an outtakes cd which i dont know the name. sorry i cant help.

  • It's ok I found it on some japanese site... the lengths il go to lol.... if anyones wondering it's called 'Studio Sessions Ultimate' in english.

  • So what YEAR is this from, and which album sessions? That's MY question!

  • I've noticed that everything that they touch is gold... so does that mean that they too have been on the Stairway? "There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold", or have they at least met that lady :P Just kiddin', but I do know the meaning... But DAMN this song kicks ass! Suga mama, suga mama, suga mama!

  • I know that would be awsome

  • They should make an album of all of their unreleased songs and jam sessions, like a second Coda. Id buy it

  • that sounds like a good idea

  • I agree.

  • Old rare CD's and Internet. ;)

  • K I understand that but like specifically what "old rare CD" and what website

  • A good old CD.

  • guit00, please tell, where do you find or get this?

  • So Robert Plant, can you be my sugar daddy? lol

  • why didnt they just realease everything

its zeppelin, everything they make is gold
