Not Spectrum 512, but game uses some dithering to have more colors - likely because limited color number, caused by using 2-2 bitplanes (sorry for technical desc.) .
Game ends because I pressed game exit key to exit it :-) It is extra feature by my hard disk adapts, and serves possibility to save permanently gamestate as is at moment of keypress. Bell sound is just notific. + with it, you don't need to reset machine when finishing play of some game, and want to run something other.
